Rape Are the laws unfair?

Are the rape laws unfair to men. Do men have to prove their innocence? One man had to use his cell phone to clear himself of false accusations. How many other cases are there where the man didn't have the cell phone to clear him of false accusations? What should be done to make sure this travesty doesn't happen again ?
